The latest Strictly contestant to depart is Rhys Stephenson who found himself in the bottom two for the second time on Friday night with Karen Clifton.

Poor Rhys was showered with confetti as he and Karen got to their feet and said a farewell to their partnership.

After the result was announced, head judge Shirley Ballas said, “Rhys, no one says I love you better than I do. I love you more than I’ve ever said that before.”

Karen added, “It’s like losing a part of my life. Rhys, thank you, you are my little man.”
